NP QT12-15C BRICK MACHINE FEATURES
1. The frame is evevated and widened design, large vibration force and pressure value, can produce kinds of curb stones, large retaining block, U-shape trench, slope protection bricks, railway slope protection bricks, vehicle road bricks, port road bricks, counterweight blocks etc.;
2. The machine body is made of super strong materials, meanwhile adopting a four-bar guiding method and longer wear-resistant sleeves, to ensure the balance of mold detachment and precise operation of the pressure head;
3. The aggregate materials trolly is controlled by two motors, control cylinders with curved arm propulsion +360° rotating distribution form, high speed, strong density;
4. The molds, pins are heat treated with quenching, tempering, carburizaton and nitriding, its service life far exceeds the national standard.
