    Common Problems and Maintenance of unburned Brick Machine.


    1. Aluminum wires above 25_2 or copper wires above 16_2 should be selected for main power supply of unburned brick machine equipment. When the equipment is in normal operation, the input voltage is 380V-410V and 330V-360V. The equipment must be installed with reliable grounding to ensure the safety of the operator.

    2. The motor of oil pump of unburned brick engine is blocked or rolled hard, which results in burning down the motor. The reason is that the total pressure regulating valve (the big nut under the distributor) of the equipment is too large to regulate the pressure. (The total pressure regulating valve should be gradually reduced until the motor works normally and the rolling is not very laborious.

    3. The vibration force of the vibrator of the unburned brick machine is insufficient, the period of the brick coming out is long or the brick coming out is loose, the reason is that the pressure regulating under the counterdie is too big; (The pressure regulating under the counterdie is too big, and the pressure according to the vibrator's vibrating force, the pressure of the sole pressure regulating valve corresponding to the oil pipe on the counterdie cylinder should be gradually reduced until the vibration force of the machine can be fully exerted.)

    4. The reason for the welding or damage of the mould, balance arm and main engine parts is that the pressure regulation of the downward pressure of the counterdie is too small; (The pressure regulation of the downward pressure of the counterdie is too small to lock the downward die, which results in too large impact force between the die and the tamping table and great damage to the parts of the whole equipment. The pressure of the sole pressure regulating valve corresponding to the upper tubing of the downward die cylinder should be gradually increased. Until the vibration force of the machine is not disturbed and the damage to the machine is reduced.

    5. When unburned brick machine produces bricks, the brick surface is loose, the brick body is broken, or the upper die is lifted along with the counterdie when the brick is removed, because the pressure of the upper die is too low; (The pressure of the upper ram is too low to position the brick to cause the brick surface loose, the pressure of the sole pressure regulating valve corresponding to the upper oil pipe of the upper ram cylinder should be gradually increased, while lifting the counterdie, the wrench of the upper die should be gently moved so as to make the upper ram loose. The cylinder keeps a certain pressure to keep the bricks in the counterdie from rising with the mould, thus reducing the breakage rate of the bricks.

    6. If a bulge is found in the middle of the bricks produced by the unburned brick machine, the reason is that the pressure of the upper ram cylinder is too high, or the vibration time is too short, and the upper mould can not be pressed in place; (If the damage rate of the bricks is high and the bricks are not clean, it should be carefully lifted when supporting the model.)

    7. If the pressure regulating valve fails, the reason is the damage or failure of the pressure spring in the pressure regulating valve; (The same type of pressure spring should be replaced in time)

    8. If oil leakage is found in the cylinder of the unburned brick engine, the reason is that the sealing parts in the cylinder lose their sealing effect; (Seals of the corresponding type should be replaced)
